What are your office hours?

We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm, Tuesday from 2pm to 5pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm twice monthly. We are closed Thursday and Sunday. Call (210) 372-5462 to confirm availability.

No referral is required. You can request an appointment directly by calling (210) 372-5462 or booking online.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit includes a detailed health history, a movement and orthopedic exam, and a clear explanation of what we find. From there we build a customized treatment plan and walk you through each step.

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?

Most patients feel little to no discomfort during an adjustment and often notice relief afterward. We tailor the technique and force to your comfort, and gentle instrument-assisted options are available.

What conditions do you treat?

We help with back and neck pain, headaches, sciatica, postural problems, sports and auto-accident injuries, shoulder and shin pain, and pregnancy-related discomfort, among others.

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?

Yes. We use gentle, pregnancy-adapted techniques and positioning. Our Webster Technique care is designed specifically to support expecting mothers safely and comfortably.

Is chiropractic care safe for children?

Yes. We adapt our techniques to each patient’s age and size, using gentle, low-force methods that are appropriate for younger patients.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your condition, how long you’ve had it, and your goals. After your exam, we’ll recommend a clear, time-bound plan rather than open-ended care.

Do you treat car accident and personal injury cases?

Yes. We provide prompt evaluation and treatment for whiplash and collision injuries, along with thorough documentation to support your injury or insurance claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept HSA and FSA funds, CareCredit, and all major credit cards. Some insurance plans are also accepted, so please call to confirm your coverage.

Can I use my HSA or FSA for chiropractic care?

Yes. Chiropractic care is a qualified medical expense, so you can use HSA or FSA funds to pay for your treatments at our office.

What services do you offer?

Our services include chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, intersegmental traction, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, FAKTR soft-tissue therapy, kinesiotaping, corrective rehabilitation, prenatal care, and wellness programs.

Are your treatments drug-free and non-surgical?

Yes. Our care focuses on relieving pain and restoring function through conservative, non-invasive methods without drugs or surgery whenever possible.

Can chiropractic care help with headaches?

Often, yes. Many headaches stem from tension and joint restriction in the neck, which adjustments and soft-tissue therapy can help relieve.

Do you help athletes and active patients?

Absolutely. We treat athletes of all levels with a root-cause approach designed to speed recovery, restore performance, and reduce the risk of re-injury.

Will I receive treatment on my first visit?

In many cases, yes. When it’s appropriate after your evaluation, we may begin treatment the same day so you can start feeling better sooner.
