Here at Correct Connect Chiropractic, we want to ensure that when you enter our doors you know exactly what to expect.
Once you have an appointment booked, you will be welcomed by our friendly receptionist who will be awaiting your arrival. We want to ensure that we understand you, your pain, and your history completely so please fill out your intake paperwork before your arrival.
This paperwork will ask for your family history because some issues in your body can be hereditary (but that does not mean that we cannot fix them). It will also ask you questions about your health habits and your medical history. We want to cover all bases so that we are able to help you as much as possible.
After your examination, you will be able to talk to our compassionate and knowledgeable chiropractor. Be sure to tell Dr. Renteria all about the pain you are experiencing and any other symptoms you may be having.
At that point, Dr. Renteria will discuss your condition and your options. Together, you can decide what you feel comfortable doing and come up with a game plan to help you.
